Anton is currently a graduate student in the Bioengineering program. He will be working on a project focused on the relationship between the differentiation of lung cells and the stiffness of the surrounding ECM. He graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2020 with a degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology and minors in math and chemistry. Since then, he spent a year working as a research scientist at the University of Washington in the lab of Dr. Benjamin Freedman working with iPSC-derived lung and kidney organoids.
