Biographical Sketch

I received my Ph.D. in Biochemistry with focus on interdisciplinary neuroscience from Colorado State University in 2009. Since then, I have worked in 4 pre-clinical laboratories and 1 clinical research setting where I helped advance research projects. I was excited to join the Magin Lab in August of 2020 as Lab Manager where I am taking a leading role in a stem cell and lung decellularization projects. I also actively participate in a number of exciting pulmonary modeling research projects conducted by other team members. Lastly, I am entrusted with laboratory logistics, procurement, and lab affairs. Outside of the lab, I enjoy hiking in the beautiful Colorado landscape, local and international travel, fitness activity, and racquetball.
