MS Student Department of Bioengineering Curriculum Vitae
Biographical Sketch
I received my BS in bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 and have worked in cardiovascular engineering and orthopaedics research. In 2020, I joined the Magin lab and am currently working towards my MS in bioengineering. Here, I am continuing my journey in bioengineering by learning about pulmonary disease models and biomaterials. In particular, I am exploring a hybrid-hydrogel system that utilizes decellalurized murine pulmonary tissue and synthetic photopolymer. Outside of lab I enjoy playing guitar, snowboarding, chasing around my puppy and exploring Colorado.
